1. What we collect

Account data (name, email, phone), booking data (services, times, providers you book with), payment metadata (handled by our payment processor — FillR does not store full card numbers), and technical data such as device and usage information.

2. How we use it

To operate the marketplace: creating and managing bookings, notifying you and your provider about appointments, processing payments and payouts, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the Services.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

Booking details are shared with the provider you book (and their assigned staff). Limited data is shared with processors that power the platform — payments, email/SMS delivery, hosting — under contracts that restrict their use of it.

4. Retention & your rights

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data through the support channels listed in the app; deletion requests honour legal retention duties (e.g. transaction records).

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and administrative actions are audit-logged. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected vulnerabilities to the FillR team.
