Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a FillR account or using the FillR website or mobile application (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The FillR marketplace
FillR is a booking marketplace that connects consumers with independent service providers (salons, spas, wellness, fitness and similar businesses). Providers — not FillR — deliver the services you book. FillR is not a party to the service relationship between you and a provider.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Business and staff accounts are subject to additional verification; FillR may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Bookings and payments
Prices, durations and availability are set by providers and shown before you confirm a booking. Where online payment applies, payment is processed by our payment partner at the time and in the manner disclosed during checkout. Applicable cancellation terms are described in the Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to access other users' data, scraping the platform, submitting fraudulent bookings or reviews, or interfering with the operation of the Services.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and FillR's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid through the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Services; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
